Salads are one of my favorite side dishes or main meals if topped with meat. Blackberry and Feta Spinach Salad is very simple. Like, so simple I almost feel like it’s not a recipe.

But it is! And it is so good.

I enjoy my salad with my homemade Tangy Dijon Mustard Vinaigrette but Brianna’s Lively Lemon Tarragon Dressing is absolutely delicious on it too. I love that this salad is so easy to make and is gluten free, paleo, keto, THM, and can be made vegan too.

To make this salad vegan friendly, use a vegan friendly cheese substitute or forgo the cheese altogether.

While this salad is a perfect summer salad it can be made year round using thawed, frozen blackberries instead of fresh ones.

Blackberry and Feta Spinach Salad is perfect with any grilled meat. In fact, every time I make it, I just slice up whatever meat we are having and top the salad with it. Grilled steak, chicken, even pork chops are delicious on top of Blackberry and Feta Spinach Salad.

What’s your favorite salad?

Have a great day!
