Fresh raspberries are one of my favorite treats. The other day the girls asked for a snack but as Cakey put it, “Something snacky and chocolatey.” Usually that means she wants a cookie but I was in the mood for raspberries. I immediately thought of chocolate dipped raspberries but once I looked at the chocolate chips and the raspberries I decided to just stuff the chocolate into the raspberries. Easy peasy. Chocolate Stuffed Raspberries in just minutes.

Seriously, chocolate stuffed raspberries are so simple yet so delicious. I loved how this snack came together in less than 5 minutes and was oh so tasty. The girls enjoyed helping me stuff the raspberries with dark chocolate chips and white chocolate chips. We did not use any milk chocolate chips because we did not have any. I bet milk chocolate chips would be good too.

Ingredients:
  • 1 large package of raspberries
  • 1/2 cup of chocolate chips (any combination of dark, white, or milk)
Directions:
  1. Wash and dry berries.
  2. Gently stuff one chocolate chip inside the top of the raspberry.
  3. Repeat until all raspberries are stuffed.
  4. Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to enjoy.

Chocolate stuffed raspberries have quickly become one of my favorite treats this summer. I love having them with a glass of wine after the kids have gone to bed. Another favorite way is topping a bowl of ice cream with a couple. Yum!

One of my favorite things about this quick dessert is that it is so easy to customize to your taste and diet. Gluten free like us? We use Navitas Naturals Organic Raw Cocoa Nibs (which are also vegan) or Enjoy Life Chocolate Chips (which are free of gluten, dairy, nuts, and soy and vegan too).

What would your favorite way to enjoy Chocolate Stuffed Raspberries be?

Have a blessed day!
