NOTES:
- I use Better Batter’s gluten free pancake & biscuit mix to make this peach cobbler and it already contains xanthan gum. If your gluten free pancake mix does not, and most don’t, you’ll need to add 1 tsp of xanthan gum to the crust ingredients.
The kiddos love their peach cobbler topped with vanilla ice cream or homemade whipped cream but I think it is just awesome by itself.
How do you enjoy your gluten free peach cobbler?
Have a great day!
