Slowly inhale and pray.
Slowly exhale and pray.
I know that your day is stressful.
I know you are crazy busy.
I know that nothing seems to be going right lately.
I know. I have been there. I am there.
I keep saying if Cakey and I can both survive her being a toddler we will survive anything. Between potty training battles, nap time wars, food fighting, temper tantrums, bedtime brawls, and the everyday event of sibling rivalry. It’s like a bombardment everyday.
Just breathe. And pray. It’s how I survive each day.
Yes my to do list is longer than I can manage each day. Between the chaos and craziness I feel accomplished just making dinner.
But I know God is with me and that with Him I will survive this too.
Just breathe. And pray.
That’s what I tell myself everyday.
Inhale. Pray. Exhale. Pray. Repeat as needed.
The God of peace will soon crush Satan under your feet. The grace of our Lord Jesus be with you. Romans 16:20 (NIV)
My prayer for you today is that in times of stress (and all other times) you will turn to God and learn to rely on Him.
