I love the look of tassel garland and a rainbow ribbon tassel garland is so versatile. Rainbow Ribbon Tassel Garland is a colorful, festive and simple garland to make. It can be used as a St. Patrick’s Day decoration, for parties that feature rainbow decor (i.e. unicorns, fairies, etc), as Spring decoration, or just to brighten up a room. The girls have requested that I make them one to hang in their window.

- Once all red strips are on the needle, add the red loop and bow to the top of the strips, placing the needle between the bow and knot in the loop.
- Pull the needle and thread through.
- Add a couple of stitches to secure the bow and loop to the strips of ribbon.
- Knot the thread on the underside of the ribbon strips.

- Repeat with other 6 tassels moving down 8 inches each time and tying a knot.
- After purple tassel is added, move down 8 inches make a loop and tie it off on the end of the jute cord.

I hung my rainbow ribbon tassel garland off of removable wall hooks underneath the mantle shelf. It brings in so much color to the room.
Have a great day!
